The more observant of readers might notice that these pictures were taken in the same location as the previous set, with the addition of a few inches of snow. I try not to take pictures in the same location as a rule of the thumb, but there is just a certain tranquil beauty to this place that changes completely with just a night’s worth of snowfall. I really wish my photography could do justice to it but I am busy as I am trying not to fall down and plunge to my death.

An idea of how high in the hills the woods are.

Black Outfit Rundown:

On a separate note, I am heading to Hong Kong this weekend courtesy of Nuffnang and Hong Kong Disneyland. I have never actually been to Hong Kong despite its close proximity to Singapore, and needless to say I am pretty excited about this trip. A weekend less of toiling in the heatwave in Singapore is perfect in my books. Knowing how good the shopping is in Hong Kong and how many plush toys I’ll be buying in Disney itself, I fully intend to travel with a half empty luggage and a completely empty stomach to savour the culinary delights the place has to offer.

I am starting to imagine what pictures to take and what to wear already by just looking at the pictures. Have I also mentioned that it’s my maiden voyage to Disneyland? As a child, the closest Disney was probably in Paris so I have not had the opportunity to visit. Its amazing that it has finally been brought to a place only a few hour’s flight away so that more people can have the Disney experience without travelling half the world away. I know I am definitely going to have a regression session at the theme parks and rides in Disneyland, as well as terrorize the mascots there. Look forward to the many pictures I’ll be taking at this wonderful place!

oh my god. If you are going to HK, just go to Space Mountain in Disney and go straight for designer shopping. There are many designer outlet stores there and you can score a pair of authentic D&G boots for 300 USD. I am sooo going back.

Oh, I really love that H&M cardigan! I’ve been looking for it all over ebay but can’t find it … my shopping experience has never been complete without H&M around. (I did an exchange programme in germany last year and totally went crazy over H&M, buying new things each week over there!)

I actually saw it in H&Ms all over the place! Mine in particular was purchased in Frankfurt but I saw them all over London too! I hear you about the lack of H&Ms where we live. They are cheap but so good.

that outfit is great! (: and i love the location as well; its always great to photograph in desolated places.

in addition, if you are willing to disclose, i would like to ask where did you do the colour and curls for your hair (: i think its really pretty. Thank you! (:

Of course I wouldn’t mind telling you!

The hair colour is actually done by myself with Kao Prettia hair dye in Chiffon beige over previously bleached hair. And as for the curls, it’s simply curled with a 1.1/4″ curling iron. :) Hope it helps!

I applaud you for heading out into the snow in those shoes..you look smashing!

Be sure to check out stewed milk in terms of food in HK! I personally like going to Lane Crawford to drool over their clothes..most of all have fun in HK!!
